Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AquaSphere Estero Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

AquaSphere Estero Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Estero, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• One-time and deep pool cleaning
• Green pool treatment and algae removal
• Pool filter cleaning and replacement
• Pool equipment repairs
• Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
• Pool opening and closing services
• Pool inspection services

Service Appointments

All service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the scheduled time window. You agree to provide access to your pool area during scheduled service times.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due on a recurring basis as agreed upon in your service contract.

Late payments may result in suspension of service and may incur late fees. Returned checks will be subject to a fee.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by equipment failure, chemical imbalances due to environmental factors beyond our control, or customer negligence.

Property Access and Liability

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing pool maintenance and related services. You agree to ensure safe access to your pool area, including securing pets and removing obstacles.

We maintain liability insurance for our business operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool equipment, structures, or property that was not caused by our services.

Equipment and Chemical Usage

We use professional-grade equipment and chemicals appropriate for pool maintenance. If you have specific preferences or restrictions regarding chemical usage, please inform us before service begins. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to standard pool chemicals used in normal pool maintenance.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, pricing, and terms at any time. Current customers will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaSphere Estero Pool Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
